Runbooks

Runbooks are kept co-located with the code they operate, in the repo. This page indexes them so they’re searchable and discoverable from one place. Follow the link for the authoritative, versioned procedure.

Scheduler / platform

• Stripe account cache — Stripe Connect cache rollout/rollback + the channel-mirror phase.
• Directus convergence webhook — shared-secret webhook → convergence nudge.
• Temporal workflow versioning — non-determinism rule, patched(), and the Reset migration path.
• WorkOS auth smoke test — manual post-deploy auth checklist.

Infrastructure

• infra/RUNBOOK.md — the Pulumi mega-runbook: domains, GitHub App, Neon adoption, R2, DB-URL cutover, passphrase split.

These are linked rather than copied so the repo stays the single source of truth. Inlining them into the site (via a content loader over docs/) is a possible follow-up — see apps/docs/README.md.
